Thought Power

When in conflict, imagine your thoughts are swinging back and forth like a Pendulum. When on the forward swing it is the “pros” and when in the backward swing it is the “cons”. The pendulum will come to rest eventually. Every time your thoughts rest, record what your last thought was. Repeat this exercise several times and add up the results of your last thought. The thought that occurred several times when in rest would most often be the best answer to your conflict.
